ABOUT ME

I'm Deanna Perkins an I am a Christian, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and Friend. I love hiking, enjoying God's creation, eating yummy food, watching movies, knitting and creating fun memories with my family.

I started knitting when I was younger since my Mom taught me and have been doing it on an off throughout my life.

In 2021, I started volunteer knitting for an organization called Knitted Knockers. They knit breast prosthetics for breast cancer survivors.

In 2022, my adventures in knitting expanded and now I'm working on several different projects from knitting socks and scarves for family members to continuing my Knitted Knockers volunteering. I thought it might be fun to start chronicling my adventures in the hopes that I might inspire some other yarn creators out there too!
